The Advising and Supporting competency area addresses the ability of student affairs professionals to provide daily direction, referrals, and guidance to students. Establishing rapport with students through listening and empathy skills helps set the foundation for our work.

This practicum log offers a description of my work with students . A good amount of time was spent evaluating transcripts, consulting with advisors, researching transfer agreements and trying to communicate with students.
Degree Plan
This degree plan provides a glimpse into my understanding of the Professional Studies coursework and knowledge of transfer agreements. The plan was prepared for a student during my practicum last summer.
