The Social Justice and Inclusion competency area addresses the ability of the student affairs professional to foster an environment where all students from different backgrounds can come together to learn and develop. Through this competency, the professional demonstrates intercultural communication capabilities and the desire for a just society: a place where all have access to education and resources to grow.
