The Personal and Ethical Foundations competency area addresses the development of a solid set of principles to guide our practice and growth. It is important because this is were our practice originates. Developing an ethic of transparency, integrity, justice, respect, consideration and of seeking the well-being of others is key to the development of the practitioner and the students we serve.

Development
In July 2018, I attended the StarRez conference which is the software used to manage housing at ATU. It was a growing opportunity and a challenge.
